St. BERNARD SOCKS

ONE-TIME ORDER

These are mid-calf socks with the St. Bernard logo. The socks are

white with royal blue. The socks can be worn for games and outside

of school. The socks are for both boys and girls.

Sizes Available(based on shoe size)

SMALL fits boys 1-5/girls 2-6 LARGE fits men 9-12/women 10-13

MEDIUM fits men 5-8/ women 6-9 XLARGE fits men 13-16

COST is $15 per pair or 2 for $25.

Please return this order form to school by WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 16. Late orders can not be accepted. No returns or refunds. These socks can NOT be worn to school with the accepted uniform. Please write checks to St. Bernard Athletics.
