Ohio's new concussion law takes effect April 26, 2013

Ohio has new legislation regarding concussion that takes effect April 26, 2013. The new law imposes responsibilities and obligations upon schools, parents, coaches, referees and officials. Parents will be required to return a form for every sport in which their child participates, every year that the child participates.
